1. General
The following terms and conditions are applicable to customers (hereinafter referred to as "you") on Imoto Motorcycle (hereinafter referred to as "Imoto" or "we"), Imoto website, mobile website or mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "imoto. shop") orders. By placing an order using imato.shop, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this document ("Terms"). Please make sure you have read and understood the "Terms" before placing an order. Only those who are of legal age (18, 20 or more depending on where you live), who are not in guardianship, do not represent the company and have a physical address in a country where Noble Sierra delivers place an order. The display of any products or services on the Imperial Sierra website at any time does not represent or guarantee that such products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We also reserve the right to revise these terms at any time without prior notice to you. The "Terms" applicable to your order are the terms on the imoto.shop website at the time your order is placed. Imperial Sierra wants to provide you with the best online experience. To achieve this, we need to ensure accurate and smooth service. You understand and agree not to: (1) post, transmit, repost, upload or promote any communication or content that may damage or negatively affect our business, products or services; (2) by any means or using any device Restrict, destroy, interfere with or prevent other users from using or experiencing the Royal Sierra website, or affect the security of the website; (3) use any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, code or other device or device (including but not limited to spiders, robots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Site, or to copy content from the Site. 2. Price and Shipping The prices shown on Yufeng online store do not include shipping. Product prices do not include any import taxes or duties. Import taxes or duties (if any) will be collected by the forwarder at the time of delivery, and Imperial Sierra will not make any compensation for this. If the total value of your order exceeds the tax-exempt amount in the region, the additional tax payable will be collected by the courier upon delivery. You can obtain more information through your region's customs office. The cost of each shipping method is clearly displayed on the checkout page. If we are unable to ship all of your items and require partial shipments, there will be no additional shipping charges. Online store and store prices may vary.
3. Order/Contract Signing You can choose to place an order on Yufeng online store. Where you have provided us with your email address, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity.
4. Delivery
Imperial Sierra will do its best to accept and process the order and deliver it to you according to the shipping method you choose. We ship within 3 to 14 working days after order confirmation. Whilst we hope to meet the stated deadlines, in the event of an accident it may take longer. We accept customers to cancel the order. If the delivery time exceeds 14 days, you can cancel the order for free, and Royal Summit will refund the money (except for the pre-ordered items). Before placing your order, you will receive delivery details. Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. 5. Cancellation of order (this clause only applies to online shopping)
Before delivery: If you have not received the goods within 14 days from the date of submitting the order, and the customer has paid, you can choose to refund.
* Customers need to bear the handling fee and administrative fee of 20% of the order amount.
After delivery: After the goods are delivered, there is no refund service. At the same time, we provide a replacement policy (please refer to the replacement policy link: https://www.imoto.shop/about/policy).
6. Exchange
If you have received a defective item, please notify Imperial Sierra immediately. Yufeng provides exchange service according to the exchange policy. When the website is billed in U.S. dollars, Imperial Sierra is not responsible for exchange rate changes when refunding your credit card or other debit card in a currency other than U.S. dollars. 7. Payment method
You can pay for the product in the following ways. Payment Before Delivery Credit Card or Debit Card When placing an order with a valid credit card or debit card (VISA or Mastercard), you can enter your payment details at the time of payment. Royal Sierra reserves the right to check the validity status, credit status and correctness of the shopper's address information of the credit card or debit card used for the order. Based on the results of the inspection, we may reject the order. Note that you are responsible for any bank charges incurred. Please note that Imperial Sierra does not accept any gift cards or merchandise cards as a form of payment. Legal invoice documentation will be provided to you in the delivery confirmation email.
8. Error
If Imperial Sierra products are incorrectly listed at the wrong price, Imperial Sierra reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for products listed at the incorrect price or for orders with miscalculated totals. Imperial Sierra reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, Imperial Sierra shall issue a credit card with the incorrect price to your credit card account.
9. Color and size
We will try to accurately display the attributes of the product, including its composition and colour. The colors you see are dependent on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will display such colors accurately. The product size provided on imato.shop is only an approximation to give you a better idea of the details of wearing the helmet and clothing, but there is no guarantee that the size will be the same as the product you received. The exact dimensions of the item may vary depending on the material used.
10. Guarantee
If your purchase is defective, Imperial Sierra will comply with all guarantee laws. If you wish to make a complaint about a major material or manufacturing defect in an item supplied by us (including damage caused in transit), please return the item to us as soon as possible.
11. Transfer
Imperial Sierra reserves the right to refer claims to third parties for claims arising from delivery.
12. Treat separately
If any part of these Terms is prohibited or held invalid by any court or regulatory authority, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
