Precautions
All products sent back or brought back to Yufeng Motorcycle without the confirmation of Yufeng will not be able to arrange replacement or processing. We hope that customers will understand and forgive me.
Products marked "Non-returnable" will not be applicable to the return policy and terms.
1. How to replace the product?
Step 1: First confirm that the order complies with the return policy and is not a "non-returnable" product.
Step 2: WhatsApp contact customer service to arrange exchange (Tel: +852 5148 1498)
Step 3: Wait for the reply from the customer service staff to confirm that there is stock available for replacement, usually within three working days
Step 4: Customers can choose to bring the purchased product to the designated Yufeng store for replacement or send it back to the designated store by SF Express (the actual shipping cost for the goods to and from the customer is fully borne by the customer, and the SF Express fee starts from HK$22 for one journey)

2. About Shipping
- The customer shall be responsible for returning the Yufeng motorcycle and receiving the goods by cash on delivery. (S.F. express freight starts at HK$22 for one trip)
3. How to send back the product?
- All returned products without customer service confirmation will not be processed
- Put the item in a secure package with the order number
- Send it back to the designated branch of Yufeng Motorcycle within three days1 using SF Express (return address: Shop 13, Fuk Wing Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon, Hong Kong) (HK Post is not accepted)
- Provide the SF waybill number to customer service
4. Basic Requirements of Return Policy
- Returned products must be purchased through Yufeng Motorcycle Online Shop
- All products that need to be returned must be brand new 2 including the original packaging, instructions and all accessories. We will not accept returns if the item has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item) and is missing any tags.
5. Regarding the 7-day product replacement guarantee
- If the product is damaged when receiving the shipment, or if you find that the product has been sent wrongly or missing, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Yufeng Motorcycle hopes that every customer has a worry-free shopping experience. For any reason, if you find that the product is not suitable, you can contact customer service to arrange a return within 7 days, and you can replace it with other products. (not applicable to "non-refundable" products)
6. Regarding the time limit for pickup
The pick-up period for all orders is three months. If the company does not receive a request from the customer to extend the pick-up time, the order will be automatically canceled and the product and payment will not be returned.
7. Cancellation of order
For customers who have already paid, but request Lili to cancel the order and refund, Imperial Sierra will deduct the following charges from the refund:
*Handling fee and administrative fee are 20% of the order amount.
8. Other Terms
- Each order can only change the product once
- No refund service. When exchanging goods, if the value of the exchanged product is lower than the value of the original product, the difference will not be refunded.

2 We are very considerate that customers need to open the product for trial, so we have discretion for non-brand-new products. However, Yufeng Motorcycle reserves the right to specify non-brand-new products.
